*A Note for Our Dancers and Parents*

For our dance parents and dancers, please keep in mind that we cannot take everyone who auditions. It is important to remember that these decisions are never personal. If a dancer is not selected, it does not mean they are a "bad" dancer; it simply means they weren't the right fit for the specific needs of the company this year or may not be quite ready for this next step yet.

Our audition process will include up to three judges who will make collective decisions based on which dancers best demonstrate passion, dedication, and technique. We encourage you to talk with your dancers (especially our younger ones) about the process. Not being selected should not be seen as a negative reflection on their talent, but rather as a challenge to improve and a motivation to grow for the next opportunity. We value every dancer who steps into the room and look forward to seeing your hard work on the floor!
